Highway Infrastructure Limited (HIL), founded in 1995 and based in Indore, operates across toll collection, EPC infrastructure, and real estate. In FY25, toll collection contributed 77% of revenues, supported by 15 plazas across 7 states, while EPC projects added 21% with a robust ₹6,067.8 Mn order book. With a total order book of ₹6,663.1 Mn and consistent profitability, HIL plans to use IPO proceeds to boost working capital and drive strategic growth.
