Shree Ram Twistex Limited was originally incorporated as Shree Ram Twistex Private Limited on December 31, 2013, and was converted into a public limited company in 2024, after which its name was changed to Shree Ram Twistex Limited. The company is engaged in the manufacturing and processing of cotton yarn and other textile products, with its registered office in Gondal, Rajkot, Gujarat.


The company operates a manufacturing facility equipped with spinning machinery and has steadily expanded its production capacity over the years. In 2020, it increased its annual production capacity from 5,500 metric tonnes to 9,855 metric tonnes by adding additional spinning machines, reflecting its focus on scaling operations and strengthening its presence in the textile segment.
