Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced the launch of the Bandhan Silver ETF FOF, an open-ended fund of fund scheme investing in units of Silver Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). The scheme is designed to provide investors exposure to silver as a commodity asset through a mutual fund structure, reflecting domestic physical silver prices.
The Bandhan Silver ETF FOF aims to generate returns by investing predominantly in units of Silver ETFs, which in turn invest in physical silver instruments. The scheme follows a passive investment approach and does not attempt active positioning or timing based on market conditions. However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the scheme will be realised.
